This Campaign is to save my parents, Cathy and Tibies, home from foreclosure.
Due to a rough few years, financially, a job loss, and frankly, a predatory loan and restructuring, they are facing foreclosure on the home that they've owned for 24 years.
If you know my parents, you know that they are some of the most generous, kind and loving people around. As long as I've been alive, they've made sure that no one is hungry or without a place to stay. They've gone out of their way to make a home for people who had none, and became a family to an incredible group of friends.
They've always helped people when they could, and really even when they couldn't. Their home has always been home base and a safe place to go, when you had nowhere else to turn.
They are in need of just over 11,000$ to stop foreclosure. We've exhausted all other options.
Please, if you are able to spare anything, I'm begging for help on their behalf. They would never do this on their own, so I'm doing it because they mean everything to me.
I'm asking for people to be the good karma that they've spent years and years and years building up. They're good and hard-working people in a very bad situation and any little bit will help.
