My name is Ashley. Born and raised in the Bay Area. So straight to the point. My service dog Buddy, he was a rescue, we put him through classes so he could protect me. He has saved my life twice from sexual predators. Then the HOA board decided, wrongfully, he couldn't stay in the house with us anymore. We then asked my in-laws to look after him while we find a new place to live. Unfortunately, Buddy wasn't with me the day I was assaulted, and if he would have been there, the guy wouldn't have approached me because he was terrified of Buddy, because Buddy had already brought his 350 lb ass to the ground until I commanded him to release.

ANYWAYS, point being, we're remodeling the home my fiancé and I live in that his family has owned since it was built. NOW, BUDDY has cancer and we can't afford the operation. Buddy was by my side all day every day for 8 years until we had to move him. We can't have children, my fiancé and I have been clean for 10 years, and have been “together” since we met back in 2015. Buddy changed our lives, gave us something to live for and take care of, and gave us stuff to do that we weren’t used to doing so we didn’t associate our past lives with our new life. I NEVER ASK FOR HELP AND THIS IS A LITTLE BIT EMBARRASSING BUT I BEG OF YOU TO DONATE EVEN 1 CENT, it all goes to Buddy’s surgery and giving him the life he deserves and us to be together again. There is not much we won’t do to get help for our baby boy.
