<div>On the other side of the fence we have very large well funded developers, faction-based councils, and stakeholders who want to see more poorly planned highrises in Bondi Junction "because it's just more of the same and we don't want it in our neighbourhood."

<div>In doing this community advocacy though there are costs around printing, hosting, targeted social media promotions, and costs in ensuring that councils and other organisations follow the rules around procedural fairness and relevant planning law.
