SAVE BOISE STATE BASEBALL

***EDIT: PRIVATE PLEDGES ARE AT $600,000

In 2017, Boise State University made the decision to bring back baseball for the first time in 40 years. With huge support and a dedicated following, head coach, Gary Van Tol started working to build Idaho's only D1 baseball program. It took an inspired staff and twelve dedicated players to officially start the program in 2019. Known as the "Dirty Dozen", these players redshirted their first year in order to lay the foundation for years to come. By the time the highly anticipated first season came in the spring of 2020, Boise State Baseball had been built from the ground up by 32 ambitious, relentless ballplayers. Though COVID tragically cut the season short, the team shocked many by going 9-5 to start their season. Putting their dreams on hold for another year seemed damaging enough until Boise State University abruptly announced the cancellation of the program yesterday. It's time to take this into our own hands and bring back the sport we love.
