Baby Cabbiness Medical Bill/Funeral

A friend's son has contracted Dengue Fever. They are out of the country and will not be accepted into the ICU due to not having enough money. The little boy is bleeding internally has a high fever and can't keep anything down. Dengue Fever is a deadly virus contracted from mosquitos and has no proven cure. They can only treat symptoms.
