Save Ayham's Family in Gaza

I'm Zehra from the United States and I'm creating this fundraiser for Ayham, a 16 year old in Gaza hoping to rebuild his life. It is extremely difficult and tiring for him to ask for help from others to survive, so please extend your generosity and donate any amount possible for you or share with someone. All proceeds will be donated to help him in this current crisis.

Please take a moment to read his story in his own words:

“My name is Ayham Rock, I am 16 years old from the village of Khuza'a in Gaza, Palestine. The occupation destroyed my beautiful village, and bombed the house where I grew up with my mother, father, three brothers and two sisters: Ayham (16), Yusra (13), Rahaf (20), Adham (24), Malek (23), my mother (48), and my father (53). Here we were displaced from our village of Khuza'a to the Rafah area (near the Egyptian border). We live in a displacement tent. We have been here for 260 days of suffering and pain, and the situation is very difficult. I cannot describe to you the enormous suffering we are living here. We suffer from a lot of fear and tension. The sounds of explosions are heard everywhere, and we suffer from high food prices, medical neglect, shortages of medicines, the spread of infectious diseases, and the lack of safe drinking water. Two of my sisters have been exposed to infectious diseases that threaten their lives, so we cannot live in the Gaza Strip. In other words, the Gaza Strip is uninhabitable. In this war, I lost many of my friends and some of my cousins. I lost my education and my future. My home and my beautiful memories were destroyed. I have nothing now. Our lives have been threatened with death more than once. I don't know if we will survive the Rafah invasion.

In order to evacuate my family to Egypt

It is necessary to create a special permit for each family member. Evacuation officers earn about $5,500 per adult and about $2,500 per child. My family needs about $27,000 to get the evacuation permit to Egypt.

I hope that you can all evacuate my family to Egypt. Our lives are threatened with death every day. I appeal to everyone who has a conscience and a good heart and is following this campaign to donate or participate, I am in dire need of all of you, my friends. Your donations will save the lives of 7 people from death.

My brother Malek, he is an ambulance officer, we are worried about him because the Israeli occupation bombs ambulances and kills paramedics. He risks humself to save others. He is very loved by everyone. Whenever I face a problem, I go to him. He is wise, kind, and reconciles people. I love her very much. He has a master's degree. My dream is to be just like him.

We are farmers, and that has been the sole source of our livelihood. I love the bees. Our ancestors and I are expert in raising bees we had a lot of bee cells before the war, but the war made us abandon the cells of bees and we lost our ownership and land because of the occupation. We were displaced from our homes and left everything behind us.

Adham, my older brother, is very kind and I love him very much. He protects the family and I go to her whenever I face problems. He is very wonderful, but a little nervous. I will continue to love you, my brother."
