Save Arya from FIP

My friend Deborah and her husband Eric live in Brazil and are trying to save their kitty Arya. See the story below:
We adopted Arya in June/2020, actually she’s 9 months old. She was always a lovely and energetic cat. In the last few days she had a fever and started to stagger, with the movement of her legs already compromised. After several tests, she was diagnosed with FIP. It is a disease that has no cure, don’t exist treatment in BR. The only option is to offer quality of life to the animal with palliative treatments while it lasts. The disease usually progresses very fast; /.
However in February/2019, a treatment with the drug GS-441524 emerged abroad, which has an excellent history of effectiveness in the treatment of FIP but it costs a very high amount, which we don’t have.
We are doing everything we can, and we will continue as we can under our conditions.
If the amount is not enough to purchase any of the drugs, we will donate the total collected to some NGO/animal project.
Unfortunately it is a very high value, we know, but it does not hurt to try, if each one donates a little, share and others donate, we can achieve the goal. Any attempt is worth trying to save our wonderful cat. We can’t give up knowing that there is a cure option.
