Animal Rescue of Antón, is an Animal Rescue group that’s been started by Susan Herrera, María Rodilla and Daniel Nieto.  Not only have they rescued many neglected and abused animals in the Panama  Oeste and Cocle areas but have started a shelter to house the animals that are recovering and waiting to be Adopted.  And there are Many animals still in the streets, many newly abandoned, starving, ill, hurt, and are in Need of rescuing ASAP. In the 2nd photo (above) is the puppy Choco.   She and her sister were found abandoned in the garbage, left inside a plastic bag, and were full of ticks and fleas.  They are doing very well now.  And have been Adopted!
