Hi, I'm Dave owner of The Ship Shop, shipping, printing, and small business center located in Trophy Club, Texas near Roanoake and Westlake. I am a husband, father to five, grandfather, cat owner, and son, Hi Mom and, a proud American. I attend Compass Christian Church. I love motorcycles and The Cowboys.
I opened The Ship Shop shipping, printing, and small business center to live out my American dream. Like many of us. I am no stranger to hard work, and I enjoy meeting and helping the good people of Roanoke, Trophy Club, Westlake, and the surrounding area. Asking for help from my neighbors and strangers is not anything I would ever have to do.
Then I was reminded by a friend in America; we are only strangers until we become neighbors.
Like most of us, the closing of America and the pandemic of COVID19 has rendered me speechless, but I never thought I would find myself on the verge of losing everything. I want to stay open and live to fight another day even with my one lung because I believe America is coming back stronger than ever.

My wife, Cora, is a frontline healthcare worker. Still, she is a Surgical Nurse, and with the potential for spreading, the Coronavirus surgical procedures came to a halt except for priority one case.
Parents to five with two college-age kids now back at home along with our cats, we find ourselves with our backs up against the wall. The everyday small Business person is at the bottom of the list when it comes to the Cares Act business loans.
