Save Allison’s Spine

For the third time in four months, I will be having major surgery. I have a massive L5-S1 disc herniation that is so severe I’ve lost most function and sensation of my left foot and leg. Without surgery, the herniation will not heal on its own and would leave me permanently disabled. With surgery, I should make a complete recovery in about four weeks. Even with short term disability through work, when I return I will not have any vacation or PTO to use if I need time off for any reason. I will likely lose my job because of this injury. If you are able to help in the coming weeks of my recovery, I would appreciate any assistance I can get - rides, meals, visits or funds. My medical costs over the last four months are now one third of my yearly income and I may be without work in a month. I have a son to support and no parents or siblings to help.
