Save a life to save lives.

Physicians and nurses are getting sick treating patients with COVID-19. Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) are in short supply. PPEs include masks (N95 & surgical), gowns and shoe covers. The shortage is serious because providers are running out of these supplies risking their lives through first-hand exposure to the virus.

With 20 years in the fashion manufacturing industry, Hellen Yuan is making it her mission to provide supplies so health care providers can keep saving lives. By enlisting professional factory workers to sew masks in response to Gov. Cuomo's call to action this past weekend, Hellen is gathering any and all resources to manufacture these necessary supplies.

Personal friends in LA and NY have notified her that nurses are bleaching their disposable masks to kill the bacteria.  This is an issue because the bleach will eat away at fibers in the masks, which then compromises protection for the medical staff in direct contact with patients with COVID-19.  

This kicked her into action to reach back out to an old contact to motivate factories in LA (Lefty Production Co.) and NY (Atelier Amelia) to make surgical cloth masks in addition to hiring sewers to sew from home.  These factories have agreed to cut the cost and only collect enough money per piece to pay the sewers.  Meanwhile, she’s been reaching out to fabric vendors to get donations of fabrics and trims to the factories.  These surgical masks will be made from fabric that can be reused and washed.

Hellen’s background is also in international fabric sourcing and coordinating with factories.  Currently, there are two sources in China she’s working with to get the best cost to receive 10,000 units of N95 masks. They can manufacture and have these shipped to the U.S. between April 5-10. We would need to place the order as soon as we can to receive these to quickly supply hospitals until government supplies are provided.
The bottom line, funds are needed ASAP.

Our Goal

We have been contacted by various hospitals in need and want to help to fulfill request as it comes in to help in this pandemic.  Now it's going beyond LA and NY as other states are not getting the PPE because the larger cities are using all the resources.  We will donate and purchase as funding comes in to make large purchases for the PPE.

So far we have distributed 300 N95 masks to 5+ hospitals LA, NY, Denver.

Health care providers are not adequately protected and neither are the patients they’re caring for.
Our doctors and nurses need our help.  All hands on deck.


Donations will provide the number of masks listed below:

$5 = 2 masks

$10 = 5 masks

$20 = 10 masks

$50 = 25 masks

$100 = 50 masks

$1000 = 500 masks

Each mask provides protection per person every day.
