As you know, Off The Cuff runs over 300 live music events across the year - these events are not only the purpose of the business - to give artists and musicians a platform - but they are the lifeblood of our survival.
No one could have predicted the impact that Corona Virus would have on businesses in the UK and around the world, but for us it's now hit home as we face multiple consecutive event cancellations which threaten the survival of one of South London's best loved live music venues.
With the closure of live music venues across the country due to high rent and a struggling economy, we find ourselves appealing to any and all to donate to our cause to help us through these unprecedented times.
However, we're not ready to give up - Off The Cuff has always prevailed in challenging times including obscene rent increases from our landlord - but the team have been working hard over the last few days formulating a plan to keep the live music going whilst putting our supporters and customers and musicians health first.
We're speaking to friends of the business to setup some go-pro cameras in our venue so that we can live stream as many singer / songwriters, bands and artists, daily, via our YouTube and Facebook channels.
Accessing the live streams will be free, but we ask anyone who is in the position to, to donate to our cause to help secure the survival of Off The Cuff.
