Save The Shelter Dogs

As most of you know today marks one year of moving to Texas and starting my journey to making a small impact on the world around me here in Houston, Tx. After joining a volunteer program at the Missouri City Animal Shelter, I quickly grew to love working with them, taking photos of them, and ultimately joining my own Maine based rescue to help save them from the shelter and find them homes up in my home state of Maine. As we embark on 2020, I am determined to help as many of my fur friends at the shelter that I can. In order to do that, I need funds to help get them spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and transported to Maine. Each dog totals about $350 each to get them to Maine. The picture of Scratches here was my first pull from Missouri City Shelter with Pulled from the Pits and in just a few weeks he is thriving in his foster home living the life he was meant to live. Please join me in raising some much needed funds so that we can keep saving lives and getting them up to adopters in Maine.
