Sauver un hotel restaurant suite au COVID-19

Je m'appelle Olivier, j'ai repris cet hôtel en 2004 pour venir m'installer en Touraine et plus précisément dans la ville de Richelieu, construite par le Cardinal en 1632.
En 2011 l’hôtel a été entièrement rénové, mis aux normes avec ascenseur et accès aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Dans un bâtiment classé et sauvegardé le cout des travaux fut important. Mais le résultat est là et nos clients apprécient nos prestations.
Depuis le 15 mars, le restaurant est fermé et si l’hôtel est ouvert très rares sont les clients à cause du confinement lié au COVID-19. Le printemps aurait pu être le meilleur de ces 16 années mais les annulations des groupes, des services traiteurs et séjours à l’hôtel se sont enchainées. Réduisant à zéro la trésorerie de l'entreprise.
La limite de déplacement à 100km, la fermeture des frontières aux étrangers ruinent d'ores et déjà la saison estivale très importante financièrement.
Il nous faut résister, se préparer à l'après COVID.
Aujourd'hui les prêts bancaires en cours ne me permettent pas de faire un emprunt supplémentaire. 50 000 euros sont nécessaires pour assurer les charges fixes et maintenir un avenir au sein de notre hôtel pour les 5 collaborateurs très motivés qui y travaillent depuis de nombreuses années.
Votre soutien nous permettra d'envisager cet avenir, pour cet hotel-restaurant mais aussi pour les personnes qui y travaillent. Sans votre aide, tout cela reste compromis et incertain dans les semaines à venir.

My name is Olivier. I have been running the Puits Doré hotel since 2004 when I came to live in the Loire Valley and specifically in the town of Richelieu.
Richelieu was built by Cardinal Richelieu, effectively Prime Minister of Louis XIII, in 1632. It was one of the first two towns in France built on a grid system and its architectural splendour makes it a rare undiscovered gem in the Loire Valley. The entire town is listed and protected as one of the Historic Monuments of France.
The hotel was renovated in 2011, with the installation of a lift, modern bathrooms and meeting room facilities, as well as the refurbishment of all bedrooms and public areas, including the hotel bar and restaurant. Given the building’s listed status, the cost of renovation was significant but the results are greatly appreciated by our guests, many of whom are regulars.
Since the middle of March when France went into lockdown because of COVID-19, the bar and restaurant have been closed; the hotel remains open but guests are rare. This spring should have been the start of our best season to date, with significant advance bookings for groups, lunches, dinners, etc. All our bookings have been cancelled.
As matters stand currently, it is likely that France’s borders will remain closed this summer and that foreign tourists, who contribute a major part of our summer income, will be largely absent.
Because of the 2011 renovation, under French regulations the hotel is not eligible for any further loans. Our bank account is empty. We urgently need 50 000 Euros in order to survive, cover the fixed costs of the business and maintain the employment of our five loyal, highly-motivated and long-serving staff members.
Your desperately-needed help will allow us to prepare for a post-COVID-19 future, ensuring the survival of the Puits Doré as well as the livelihood of our employees.
When better days return, we will welcome you with pleasure and gratitude.
