It's been a while since I dusted off my running shoes, having been through some personal health issues over the past 12 months. This is a great cause, and well worth me coming out of retirement for, to support my local area.

More information about Bury Hospice: We look after a population of over 190,000, in the Metropolitan Borough of Bury. It is a diverse area of six separate and distinct towns, Bury, Prestwich, Whitefield, Radcliffe, Tottington and Ramsbottom and many of our patients are from areas of high deprivation within the borough. We are regarded as a community asset, delivering the Palliative and End of Life Care needs to many in the area. Our main vision is the focus on early support and intervention working closely with our community partners.
