Saras medical emergency

Help save Saras life.  Sara is a 31 year old wife and mother of four young boys. Sara has been diagnosised with chronic dental and sinus disease. A lifelong battle with bad teeth and no insurance has left Sara with bone infection in her mouth and cheeks. Sara is losing the lifelong battle with dental disease. She has no insurance. The procedure to remove her teeth along with bone graphing needs to be done asap.  The infection needs to be cleared up before she can get well. The local physician that is treating her chronic sinus infections with antibiotic looked in her month last month and said, "Oh my God this is going to kill you".  Sara has been instructed that if her face  swells she has one hour to get to the hospital before becoming septic.  Sara is a "give you the shirt off her back kind of woman".  She juggles a busy life all while never feeling well.  Please help this beautiful wife and mother live to raise her young boys.
