I am currently travelling world wide and teaching yoga simultaneously to help sustain myself during this adventure of a life time. I said goodbye to Calgary, Alberta with nothing but my suitecase filled to the brim with yoga clothing with anticipation and hopefullness to discover myself, learn more about the world around me whilst spreading my love of yoga with communities everywhere.
Recently I stumbled upon "Teach From Love Seminar" https://www.teachfromlove.yoga/australia-seminar
with Teri Almquist- a week long intensive education course for Yoga Teachers. I am here in South Australia teaching yoga at the moment and it feels too good to be true that I am SO CLOSE to Tasmania.
My heart sank heavy to know logistically & financially that there was no way I could afford to enroll, but being the willful dreamer that I am my mind began to think up ways that this could potentially work out for the best.
To be completely transparent with you...
I withdrew my only RSP savings account to initiate this trip in April. I took a huge risk, jumped on a plane to Hawaii and after booking my ticket to Australia and paying for my Working Visa I had already drained most of my money. My expenses on a day to day basis go toward the essentials: Food, shelter (in some cases) some cases it is provided in exchange for teaching, my phone bill, public transport, and any touristy excursions. I am comfortable and content. However, a training like this would not be possible without your help.
If I cannot raise efficient funds, I would be more than willing and trustworthy enough to return all donations as my word.
The opportunity to grasp hold of such rich teachings from a renowned Yoga Teacher as Teri herself would be an incredible life enriching experience. I would be honoured and in deep, deep gratitude.
Please contact me in regards to ANY questions you may have regarding this Go Fund Me account. ALL 100% proceeds will Go to the tuition of the Teach From Love Seminar. Go Fund me requires 8% of the funds (very reasonable) to use this platform to raise donations. That is why the Goal is set to $2000 AU dollars.

Teach From Love Seminar:
October 15th–21st, 2017
Sunday to Saturday – $1,890 AUD
A six-night seminar for the continuing education of certified Bikram Yoga teachers. This seminar will focus on skills to improve your teaching and make you more effective, efficient, and confident in your ability to teach Bikram Yoga to every student who walks in the door. This seminar is designed to streamline several years worth of mentoring information into a one-week seminar.
