Sarah's Medical & Living Expenses

Our wonderful colleague Sarah Carey, who is a lovely dance artist, dedicated educator and friend, underwent hip surgery in July 2016. Over the last year and a half Sarah has dealt with multiple setbacks, including nerve related complications and a diagnosis of CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) that has compromised her ability to walk and other daily activities of living.

After exhausting all medical options in Cleveland, she was referred to a specialist out of state.  She is currently in  Washington, D.C. for additional surgery, and will stay there for a month for rehab and doctor's visits. 

We wish to help ease some of Sarah's financial burden as she moves forward in this challenge that has completely taken away her livelihood as a much admired teacher and dancer.
