Sarah's campaign for SHINE PND SUPPORT

I said I’d never run a marathon again and now  I’ve committed to an ultra-marathon . In June I’ll be running 50km of the Cotswolds Way with my colleague Rob Beaven from Dyer St Clinic.

I’m making a very slow return to running,           after the birth of daughter.  I’m slowly falling   back in love with it after I injured myself from    over training so this one will be a real challenge not just to complete it, but not to make the    same mistakes again!

I’m taking the opportunity to raise money for Shine - a local charity supporting women with post natal depression. This charity do amazingwork in helping re-connect women who often feel isolated, lost and disconnected in the post natal period. I owe a lot to Lauraine, founder   of Shine. She supported me financially in pursuing my first post graduate training course in pelvic health physio so I have been able to help women going through difficulties in the peri    natal period. The money you donate will  go  directly to supporting these women and  honestly you’ll be throwing them a lifeline.

Thank you for all your help.

Much love
