Sarah Meyer Fire recovery fund

Sarah Meyer is a young woman who has rented a mobile home from us.It was located at 11736 loma rica Rd in Loma RIca. After only a few months as our tenant, the Loma Rica Fires engulfed her home and she is left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on her back and her dog & horse.  All her cash savings perished along with everything she owned. Without renters insurance in place, she is faced with rebuilding her life, purchasing new clothes, a new mobile home, and all the furnishing that go along with everyday life.  Can you imagine how that must feel?
Unfortunately, we were underinsured and are unable to replace the mobile home.  In addition, the water system is destroyed ($15,000), the septic system melted and needs to be replaced ($16,000) we have agreed to give her free rent on the land for 5 years ($500/mo X 5 years =$30,000). We are incuring these costs but are asking for any contribution from our community of friends and family to help her fund a new single wide mobile home, ($46,000), the moving and set up costs of the new mobile   and furnishings ($9500)
 
How can we help Sarah rebuild? She is an ambitious young woman with a promising future and things were looking really bright for her until the fires hit.  Now she has no place to live, no money and no means to get ahead. 
If we can help one person at a time, we can overcome the tragedy that these awful fires have caused. Let's start with Sarah.  
We plan on assiting her in all phases of the mobilehome purchase and set up. We will personally withdraw the funds in our name that go outside gofundme and use those funds on her behalf to puchase and set up her new mobile home.
