Sarah Knipe for PIKE Dream Girl

Hi, my name is Sarah Knipe and I am competing in Pi Kappa Alpha's annual Dream Girl competition (again). This year, I am raising money for HERO.  For those of you who do not know, HERO is the Heroin Epidemic Relief Organization.  

This organization was founded when Brian Kirk and John Roberts suffered the loss of their sons who were lost due to heroin addiction. The HERO foundation’s mission is to help aid families who have lost a child to heroin/opioids. With the help and support of people like you we are striving to create a movement that will combat the spread of heroin/opioid use across America one city at a time. Currently HERO is involved in planning several programs that will prevent heroin use, provide treatment for current users, and support the families affected by this growing epidemic. 

This philanthropy has a special place in both mine, and PIKE's hearts after the passing of a PIKE brother this past summer. 

Any funds I raise will be donated directly to  HERO. With this, raising money for this great cause  may lead me to be crowned Pi Kappa Alpha's Dream Girl for this year.
