Sarah's Transport Home & Rehab

Hello and thank you for reviewing the Go Fund me I have set up to help alleviate the cost to get Sarah Grow home.

On May 29th Sarah sustained multiple injuries with the most significant being a shattered L1 vertebrae with damage to the spinal cord. She was life flighted to Queens Hospital on Honolulu and received initial surgery to stabilize her spine, unfortunately that was not successful and she requires another surgery. Currently Sarah is a paraplegic, meaning she cannot move or feel anything below the waist. Her only chances of walking again is if she has another surgery called Anterior (through the abdomen) Lumbar Corpectomy,
where they would completely remove L1 and replace it with a cage and cushion, we feel strongly that the best place for her to have this surgery is at UC Davis Medical center in California. The only problem is her insurance will not approve payment for the Air Ambulance back to California and that is the only way she can travel. Her fiancé and I have arranged to have the flight done with Air Ambulance One and have roughly 30 days to pay the $50,825.00. Please, please, please help us get Sarah home and get her walking again!
