Sara, Charlie, Ivar, Bo, Bobby and Patti go west!

Hallo my name is Hazel and I am fundraising again for Le Coeur sur la Patte's Sunshine Animal Refuge Agadir (SARA).

The Farm Refuge currently has over 200 dogs (uncountable cats... well they won't stand still to be counted) and 8 equines (thats 1 horse, a mule and 6 donkeys). SARA also has two larger refuges with over 800 street dogs rescued from the threat of death.

Our dream is to find homes for all these animals but it is very difficult in Morocco and of course Covid has made it harder than ever this last 14 months.



We have an opportunity to send some of our handicapped dogs to the United States and Canada where they can have a much higher chance of finding the right family to live with and love.   We are partnering with the amazing Marley's Mutts to get these special dogs to the Marley's Mutts Ranch in California where they can be assessed and helped to better lives.  Sending dogs this far is expensive but we really believe it is the best chance these dogs have of finding and giving love. 

So with this fundraiser we are trying to send Charlie, Sara, Bo and Bobby, Ivar and Patti (or Basketcase as she is called by some).
