Help keep our family together

My husband was recently detained by immigration for being in the country illegally. We have been together over 11 years, married for 4 and have a 10 year old daughter. Many ask why we havent started this process before, this is why. 12,500 is just the start to keep my husband here with our family. Like many during these times we live paycheck to paycheck just to make ends meet. There was no extra funds in the budget to even think about starting this process.  In 2016 my husband made a bad decision and got a DUI.  Accepting the responsibility for the bad decision, he went to court and followed all orders of the court to try and make it right.  One of the conditions of court was probation which he followed to the letter, including meetings with his probation officer.  When we went to our monthly meeting on October 20th an immigration agent was waiting on him.  When he went to court, his information was entered into a computerized database.   Now we have to fight to request a bond and keep him here as we work on getting him permission to stay.  As a working mother now left with all the household bills to pay, there is no money left to help with this process.  Please help keep our family together.  Any amount can help with the legal bills and all prayers are appreciated as we go into the holiday season struggling to be together and make sure our daughter has both her mother and father with her.  We thank anyone who helps us in our effort.
