Santa Needs Our Help Now More than Ever.

I have received many messages with stories of troubled times and each only wanting the most basic of wishes for their children having few options to bring a joyful holiday in this year 2020 being one of the most difficult time in history for our families. My heart is broken and I am brought to tears with what I have learned with so many children set to have nothing from Santa and his shortage of gifts understandably with the pandemic economic crisis and stay-at-home orders etc.
In my opinion, It is our moral duty each of us charged with protecting the emotional well-being of our children and where possible, those in need outside of our own.
Therefore, I am challenging all who read this to act now for anyone you know that needs help and/or for the family's here in our local community. Our children need this now more than ever and we who have anything MUST understand that it takes only a little to do SO much.
Please pledge any amount you can to bring a light of joy to a child and a glimmer of hope to parents who desperately are in search of an answer to prayers that should be answered and are being through the goodness of each of you and your amazing and generous display of kindness for our fellow neighbors. I know that we are all impacted by what turmoil this year has caused but even so, I am witnessing my community come together therefore hope, for a higher cause and through the inner spirit we all possess for our children's well-being. I am so proud of what I have seen in just a few days.
We not only will be providing gifts but now, we should also be able to add a small gift to the parents with an undetermined amount of cash to help with a power bill or part of the rent for the month etc. This is so awe-inspiring and you are all to be recognized for your selflessness. I appreciate each and every one of you.
Below is my first responding family. I have adopted them and as of tonight 12/22 I have finished the shopping for them in hopes of making this a special Christmas. All others on Santas list will follow over the next 2 days as I gather the wishes of the children and parents and hastily try to fulfill the dreams of these children through all of your generosity on this campaign. "But this has left me with absolutely nothing in the bank. Even my savings has been depleted 100%. My 12-year old son will not get a Christmas this year. His father is not in the picture and neither is any of his family. I have no family living near me at all, except my mom who cannot do anything from Colorado.
My son wants only a few things and it kills me not to be able to give him anything. I'm depressed, lost, and every time I've attempted to sign up for Christmas help, I'm being told its too late because I was doing ok and was still working I didn't stress I thought I'd have another check before Christmas, but unfortunately, that's not happening and I'm out of time, money, and there is nowhere to turn.
If you could please help out my small family, I would appreciate it. Even work for the help you could provide, I'd be so grateful and thankful.
