Jack Ambrose (Santa Jack)

Jack has recently stumbled on hard times. This challenge we are faced with at the moment consists of constant care therefore I have started this Go Fund Me page to help with some of the Medical costs, healthy foods, and the unforseen needs that we are currently dealing with.  Jack would be mad at me if I told you everything so lets just say he was put in a car last Sunday from months of living without being able to care for himself. Jack was brought to the ICU in RockyMount where he stayed for 4 days, now he resides with us where he is constantly monitored and cared for. I (Travis Falabella) along with my wife (Jennifer Banks) are going to be taking him to his doctor appointments and helping him every step of the way.
