Help the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Advisory Board raise funding to purchase, train and certify two K9 enforcement and detection dogs.

Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit

The Sheriff’s K9 unit has been deployed on over 150 felony apprehensions. The K9 unit has seized over 1.5 million dollars in cash and over 1500 pounds of narcotics.

SCCSAB Funding Proposal

Raise money to help fund the purchase of:

One Enforcement dual-purpose
(patrol enforcement & explosive detection) K9
Cost: approximately $31,000 dollars after the purchase of the K9, training/certification.

One Custody single-purpose detection
(narcotic/cell phone detection) K9
Cost: approximately $20,000 dollars after the purchase of the K9, training/certification.
