Sanjou's Liberia Trip

Since 2002, our family, with the help of many others, has come along side Sanjou Quanteh and supported and loved him like a son. Read Sanjou’s story in his own words and understand his vision. 

“At age 11, I was forced to flee Liberia due to a civil war never to see my parents again. After relocating to several refugee camps, I settled in Ghana’s Buduburam Refugee Camp. It was there that God called me to serve Him and to build a Church using my gift of evangelism. In 2002, after twelve years as a refugee, I was provided the opportunity to come to America through World Relief and get connected to the Perimeter Church family in Duluth, Georgia. While studying evangelism and discipleship at my Church, God gave me a desire to help my Liberian brothers and sisters rebuild the country. Now, as a U.S. citizen, my desire is to connect the spiritual and financial resources in America with the spiritual and financial needs of the people in Liberia.”

On September 8, 2017 Sanjou will be travelling to Liberia to return for the first time in 27 years. The purpose of his trip is to reconnect with family and friends (particularly his son – Theo and daughter – Christina) and assess the local ministry needs and opportunities in the capital city, Monrovia. Sanjou has outlined his specific objectives while he is in Liberia.

> Locate land/property in order to build a Biblically-based, cross cultural church
> Lead a two-night intercessory prayer session for the 2017 Liberian Presidential election 
> Conduct a one-day leadership training for pastors at ''God Enforcer Ministry'' Unification Town
> Identify Liberians who share in his vision

We are helping him to raise both prayer support and $3,500 for this trip by August 31, 2017. His expenses include a round trip ticket from Orlando, FL to Monrovia, Liberia, a Visa to enter Liberia, yellow fever vaccination, malaria shot, lodging, transportation and meals for his 9-day trip.
