On July 1st, 2017 Sandy Rodgers (Decardenas) suddenly passed away leaving behind her sweet, 4-year old boy, James. Although their lives together may have ended, Sandy shared a lifetime of love with her son. During this difficult and confusing tragedy in his life, James understands that his mommy was called to be his angel and will always be with him.
While his emotional and spiritual needs are being met to the best of our ability, financial assistance will help with his immediate care, travel, legal, and medical needs. I am setting up this memorial fund in honor of my amazing sister as we make the transition for James into our own growing family. My nephew is a caring, bright, and wonderful child. I miss my beloved sister dearly and this calling to raise James is a heavenly gift. Every effort will be made to raise him with the same values, love, and humanity his mother was instilling upon him.
Any remaining funds over the goal shall be set aside into a long-term education fund. Thank you and God Bless.
