<div>Want to join us in making a difference? We are raising money to benefit the Canadian Lung Association in memory of our friend and colleague, Sandy Crawford. As many of you know, Sandy was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in February 2021. Sadly, the disease progressed rapidly, and Sandy passed away on December 13, 2021. Sandy was a friend to all and was known for his infectious smile and caring nature. His circles of friends included the Geology Department at the University of Saskatchewan (the Ore Gangue), his colleagues at Gulf Canada/ ConocoPhillips, Symons Valley United Church, and others too numerous to mention. We have chosen a bikeathon to honour Sandy because of his lifelong commitment to and enjoyment of fitness activities. Sandy was an avid biker, hiker, cross-country and downhill skier and scuba diver.  If you are interested in participating in the bikeathon, the route will be from Lake Louise to Canmore, a distance of approximately 90 km.  You may do a shorter distance if you prefer.  Entry is limited to 15 riders.  For more information, contact Ron and Nan at <a href="mailto:[email redacted]">[email redacted].</a> <br /><br /><strong>Any donation to support the riders will have an impact.
