Sandra Perkins

COVID 19 has had an effect on many families.  This past August our family suffered a great loss.  Our Sister Sandra and her Husband Jerry were hospitalized with COVID.  Sandra has been released and is home recovering however Jerry lost his battle with COVID an is no longer with us.
They married very young and celebrated 53 years together.  When you saw Jerry you saw Sandra. They lived a very minimal life. Never taking more than they needed but would gladly give to those in need.  They never asked for anything.  Jerry was a welder by trade and Sandra stayed home and raised their children.  Both loved and worshiped  God with all their being.  Now Sandra is in a new phase of her life.  She must face each day without her husband and the income he brought to thier home.  She has already had to face burial expenses as well as medical bills and still healing from COVID herself.  Our family is trying to assist Sandra with some of these expenses and some much needed repairs to her home.  Currently she only has a wood burning heater in her home.  Jerry always made sure there was plenty of wood to keep his family warm in the winter months.  We would like to change the heating source to central heat or gas.  Her back porch is in need of repair and is not safe.  If you are able we would much appreciate your donations.  We also ask that you share this to as many as possible.  She lost the love of her life and had to plan his funeral on her Birthday.   But through it all she still praises God as do we.
