<div>This will be Samuel's fourth and most critical corrective surgery. It involves mid-face advancement through a procedure called Le Fort III using a Rigid External Distraction (RED). This will expand Samuel's skull to allow room for his brain to continue growing and to aid with breathing, feeding, and other developmental needs.
