<div>Samuel Addae, a two-year-old boy from Mampongteng, was hit by a wooden table used at a construction site.   His mother, who also works as a laborer on the site said she has used up all her savings on the child, but things were only going from bad to worse.

<div>Doctors are now demanding for over 30,000 cedis before anything can be done.
