Sam's Relief Fund

While on his roof to perform repairs our good friend Sam Cooper fell. The fall was about 20 feet and Sam broke his back. He has had a couple of surgeries to relieve pressure, repair his broken vertebrae, and fuse vertebrae together. He is now trying to recover in a rehab center, but he has a long way to go. Although he has some insurance, Sam's out-of-pocket medical expenses are already becoming unmanageable.

Also, due to this and other unfortunate circumstances Sam needs to sell his house. The house needs a lot of work (including a roof). While many of his friends have chipped in much of their time and cash to help; neither the money nor the skill level is enough to handle all of it. Professionals need to be hired for some of this work.

We ask that you please contribute to this fund so that Sam can focus on a speedy recovery instead of the terrible medical debt and heavy home-repair costs.
