Samos Earthquake Relief Fund - Samos Greece

Hello, my name is Nicholas Stasinos. I am a college student living in California. Recently, I was shocked to hear about a strong 7.0 earthquake that hit the Greek island of Samos. As a Greek-American with my family hailing from the island, I want to help the people of Samos that have been impacted by this disaster.

Many buildings, including  the church Panagia Theotokou in Karlovasi, have been damaged or destroyed from the quake itself and intense flooding. Besides property damage, families have been injured physically and financially. 

I am starting this gofundme to help the families and churches rebuild what has been damaged by this earthquake. the funds will be sent to the municipalities and the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Samos. I know everyone is struggling now with Covid-19, but I urge you to donate what you can, even if it is just a little.
