Sammy Parker's Benefit Page

The friends of Dan & Heather Parker request your generous donations to make their son Sam's wishes come true.  Sammy is 11 years old and is fighting a rare form of cancer, malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.   This has been a lifelong fight, which unfortunately has recently returned at an advanced stage.   Dan and Heather are focused on making certain Sammy gets to enjoy life as much as possible.  All funds raised will go toward that pursuit.  The biggest event we are shooting for is to get Sam to the London Olympics.  

There will be a fundraising event at Whitlow's On Wilson in Arlington, VA on July 25, 2012 at 8:00pm.  The evening will feature rock-n-roll by some of Dan's former bandmates and other local talent, Silent Auction and good friends.
