F*** Colon Cancer

F*** Colon Cancer!!!!  Help us raise money for Samuel, "Sambo", "Sammy" ,"Sam", "Orejahon", "Chencho", "Rayo" Martinez . He has been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer.   He will start chemotherapy treatments on Monday.  He has a big battle he is about to face!!
