<div>Sociale Gasten is een stichting uit Amersfoort die jongeren tussen de 13 en 30 jaar inspireert om zich vrijwillig in te zetten. Van een tuin opknappen tot een kop koffie drinken met iemand die zich eenzaam voelt: wij maken de match tussen jongeren die willen helpen en stadsgenoten die ondersteuning nodig hebben.

</div>
<div>Nu kost dat matchen onze coördinatoren veel tijd aan organisatie en administratie. Tijd die we liever besteden aan waar het écht om gaat; het begeleiden van jongeren en het creëren van waardevolle ontmoetingen.

<div><strong>De oplossing</strong>
</div>
<div>Daarom ontwikkelen we een nieuwe app. Een slimme tool waarmee jongeren zelf eenvoudig hulpvragen kunnen vinden en zich direct kunnen aanmelden. Terwijl onze coördinatoren overzicht en regie behouden.

<div>Samen met Enrise hebben we een uitgebreide Discovery Phase doorlopen en een projectplan opgesteld. Deze kan je <a href="https://www.socialegasten.nl/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Sociale-gasten-Projectplan.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">hier</a> bekijken. Daarin hebben we onderzocht hoe we jongeren, hulpvragers en coördinatoren slimmer met elkaar kunnen verbinden. Voor de totale kosten (bouw, onderhoud, beheer en hosting) voor de komende drie jaar schatten we ongeveer EUR 100.000,- euro nodig te hebben. Daarmee besparen we wel ruim EUR 140.000 aan arbeidskosten, die we dus kunnen inzetten om onze impact nog meer te vergroten! Nu is het tijd voor de volgende stap: de bouw van de app.

<div>Met jouw bijdrage financieren we de ontwikkeling van een gebruiksvriendelijke app die jongeren helpt om makkelijker vrijwilligerswerk te doen en onze coördinatoren meer tijd geeft voor persoonlijk contact.
