Sam Vanek's Medical Expenses

In October of 2014 our cousin Sam had his leg amputaed due to type 2 diabetes.  Since then, his kidneys have failed him and he recently began dialysis.  Hopefully he will soon join the list for a kidney transplant.  Serving as a high school social studies teacher, Sam has had to take a leave of absence due to the frequency of his dialysis treatments and doctor appointments.  It is our goal to help Sam cover his medical expenses while on his leave of absence.  Thank you for your generosity.  Any amount helps.
