Sam is Sick

***July 9 edit: After a lot of monitoring and waiting, the object has passed out of Sam's small intestine which means he can likely pass it and is out of the red. He is eating and drinking and going for walks, and should be sent home tonight. <3 thank you SO MUCH to everyone who helped Sam and his family over the last few days. This could not have been done without you.
***JULY 8 EDIT Sam was moved to a different facility which ran more tests to try and clear the blockage without surgery/locate it. By the time the found it the clinic in closing. We have to find somewhere to do the surgery tonight. He is still vomiting and in a lot of pain. Our options are limited... Think good thoughts please, he is very in the red now
***EDIT: SAM NEEDS EMERGENCY SURGERY TOMORROW, JULY 8, as soon as possible or he will die. They found a long piece of cloth that needs to be removed- he cannot pass it and it is causing him to nonstop vomit. He is currently stabilized in the hospital but I have to find somewhere first thing in the morning to take him. PLEASE SHARE AND HELP TODAY IF YOU CAN- The deposit is due right away and the estimate was for up to $4700.

My good boy is in the emergency room right now, he has been vomiting for two days.
He did not eat anything unusual and it is out of nowhere. The vet will need to run blood tests and labs. He is a senior shelter rescue and does not have pet insurance, and I need help. I'm not near home and cannot get there right now- a friend took him in for me and I'm waiting for the vet to call.
Funds will be used to pay his vet bill. Reasons for prolonged/multiple vomiting days in dogs can be anything from a food allergy to cancer, I am unsure if he will need surgery.
If you have met Sam and he was good to you, please help us out, thank you
