Saira's Scoliosis Surgery

Hi,
My name is Saira. I am a 27 years old female. I am a polio patient since I was six months old and over the time my body started developing Scoliosis. Initially it wasn't painful but as time goes by my scoliosis started to get worse day by day. It also becomes very painful (as you can see in the picture below) and started damaging my internal organs. I can sit comfortably at the beginning but now its impossible for me to sit up for longer than half an hour. I am wheelchair bounded person so I cant do any exercises to manage the pain.
I went to an orthopedic in Islamabad. Only an X-ray determined the nature of my spinal curve. He recommended MRI's for further diagnosis. These MRI's cleared that my kidneys have been deformed and my lungs and heart are under great compression. This situation could be life threatening to me. For the pain management he prescribed me heavy pain killers which I have to take 3 times a day. My kidneys are getting badly affected from this medication. I am also unable to got out or socialize due to this pain, so this thing is causing me depression as well. My respiratory system is also under a lot of compression due to my curved spine which causes shortness of breath.
For the meantime those pain killers helped me to get rid of this pain and I started working as a freelancer to support myself financially. Things were better until I started experiencing a severe pain & fatigue again due to long sitting hours. My curve got even worse with the cob angle of 100+ degrees and I left the job. This state of affairs effectively means that my life has come to a standstill.
I spent several years searching the internet for better treatment options for me & went to every relative medical professional (Neurosurgeon, Orthopedics, Spine Expert) and they all recommended Fusion Surgery along with Halo-Gravity Traction to stop the curve progression. Halo-Gravity Traction will stretch my spine upward and it will help the surgery to become less complicated. The halo (metal ring attached to head) stay attached with my skull along with some weight for two months. After the time span of two months when my spine is stretched enough, the doctor will perform a fusion surgery to hold that correction in place which will help to improve the functionality of my internal organs and also help with the betterment of my daily living.
Unfortunately the surgery comes at a very high cost and this is the only thing that is stopping me to get the recommended treatment.
