Safety for my cat and myself

So 2 years ago, I was laid off from my job and it's been a struggle ever since.  I live with extreme student loan debt - paying up to $800 a month towards them (private loans that are non-negotiable in their payment plan).  As things slowly crumbled, I lost my home and my relationship and I lost hope.  I've tried to take my life twice.  In my journey, I ended up living with my grandmother, as my family thought it was a good idea.  After my second suicide attempt, my family served me with an ultimatum stating to let them control my life or I would be removed from my family.  Their terms were extreme and unhelpful and I declined.  I lost my family and several friends in this time.  It's been a struggle to stay positive living with family as they have open access to me. They have done nothing to help, but are instead pushing me to my limits.  They have ambushed me and made decisions regarding my cat, Sargent Pepper, that have made it extremely unsafe for me and him to remain here. 

My hope is to move out in the next two months, but unfortunately I do not have the spare cash to pay the security deposit, pet deposit, and first month's rent.  I'm doing a temporary forebearance for my student loans to help with rent and moving costs moving forward (up to 18 months).  I have a better job at the moment that has unlocked several opportunities and I'm hoping a chance comes through that will afford me the ability to end my forebearance early and get back on track with my payments.

Any help to assist myself and my cat to move into a safer space is greatly appreciated.
