Safe Travels to Caleigh!!!

My girl Caleigh has been pursuing two Masters Degrees at the University of Southern California. The Fall 2020 to Spring 2021 year will be her final year, where she is due to graduate with a degree in Social Work and a degree in Gerontology (Aging). Thus far, she's been killing it, maintaining a 3.8 GPA.
Unfortunately as well all know, COVID has had a variety of impacts on everyone's lives, including Caleigh's. She has been back home in Connecticut since March, working full time, and continuing her studies, but now she's in a predicament.
When COVID really took over our communities, Caleigh was still responsible for completing a variety of interviews for a placement with many prestigious organizations for the coming year, where she will be required to complete over 350 hours in order to complete her program and receive her degrees in May. After watching her stress, she scored one of the top placements they offered to all Social Work students in the Southern California area... But with this internship comes the need for her to return to Los Angeles in the next few weeks. She'll be leaving August 23rd to drive back.
While most Universities will be moving to online learning for the coming school year, including USC, Caleigh must still head back to California in the next few weeks in order to complete her internship, which must be in person, at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Southern California.
As you all may know, California is a HUGE HOT SPOT for the Coronavirus, so Caleigh will be driving back with a friend rather than flying and carrying with her as much hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap, wipes, masks, etc as she can. While it is difficult to find those items here as I am sure you have all seen, it is next to impossible to find those items out in LA because the outbreak of the virus has been so bad in California.
SO, the goal with this fundraiser is to raise funds and supplies to help Caleigh with her cross country travel, and also to make sure she has enough to stay safe and protected out in California.

If that isn't an option, but you would like to donate supplies like wipes or soaps/sanitizers, please reach out to me and we can absolutely make arrangements to meet up or drop them off, whatever is EASIEST for you all... ANY, ANY support that you all can provide would be more than useful to her in this difficult time. While I am a little panicky in her leaving to one of the worst states, I know my girl will do just fine with all of our support. Please, please, please all say a prayer for safe travels and success in her final year. She's worked so hard for this.
