<div>Building a Nature-Based Mental Health, Neurodivergent, Family focused, Community Haven.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>My name is Eleri &amp; this is a project I care deeply about </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m a single mum of two incredible daughters, both with Additional Learning Needs.
</div>
<div>I also live with ADHD, alongside significant and ongoing mental and physical health challenges.
</div>
<div>For our family - like so many others living with disability and neurodivergence - the world can often feel loud, fast, and unforgiving.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>There are days when just getting through feels like an achievement.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For many years, I’ve worked in a high-pressure career, pushing myself hard because I believed that success and security were the only way to protect and provide for my children.
</div>
<div>Like many parents, I made difficult sacrifices - including time with my daughters - to keep everything stable and moving forward.
</div>
<div>I thought that if I worked harder, achieved more, and kept going, happiness and peace would eventually follow.
</div>
<div><strong>But it didn’t.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In gaining the experience from my career and Living with ongoing mental health challenges has taught me how vital early, gentle support is -<strong> long before people reach breaking point. </strong>
</div>
<div>So many of us are struggling quietly, carrying anxiety, burnout, loneliness, or grief with nowhere safe to put it.
</div>
<div>What’s often missing isn’t advice or fixing - <strong>it’s space. </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Space to talk. </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Space to be heard. </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Space to sit alongside others without judgement.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What I’ve learned is that what truly fulfils me isn’t titles or progression. It’s helping others.
</div>
<div><strong>Sharing lived experience </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Teaching practical life skills </strong>️
</div>
<div><strong>Craft, woodwork, learning together </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Creating calm, welcoming spaces where people can talk openly, or simply exist without pressure.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The one place we have always <strong>found calm, regulation, and safety is nature.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Among the trees, the pressure eases. </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Nervous systems soften. </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Conversations come more easily. </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>There is room to breathe without being judged or rushed. </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Nature doesn’t ask us to mask, perform, or cope - it simply holds us.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This project represents a shift toward a life that finally aligns with my values, one rooted in care, mental wellbeing, and community connection.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>How Your Support Helps</strong>
</div>
<div>With your support, I can put the practical foundations in place for this project - including:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Shipping container to safely store equipment
</li>
<li>Improved easy access on the land
</li>
<li>Eco toilets
</li>
<li>Allow reduction in my working hours so I can build this sustainably and be more present for my children, this project &amp; the community.
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support will help provide:
</div>
<ul>
<li><strong>A safe, nature-based space for others</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Early mental health and wellbeing support rooted in land and community</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>A calm, non-judgemental place to talk, connect, and feel grounded</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Allow me the time to focus on building the project</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Help me rebuild myself and my children along the way</strong>
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Every donation helps turn this from an idea into something real and accessible.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, it will make a genuine difference.
</div>
<div>If you’re not in a position to give, sharing this page is just as valuable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every share, donation, and message of support means more than I can put into words
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping make this space - and this support - possible.
