Sadie Needs Surgery!
This adorable, sweet, and loving pup has a very important role in her family as an emotional support dog for her 8-year old owner, a little girl with special needs.
Sadie was rescued from the local shelter just 2 years ago to provide emotional and social support for a little girl who loves animals with her whole being. Sadie quickly fulfilled those needs, but it wasn't long before the family started to notice Sadie needed some help of her own.
At only two years old, this innocent little puppy suffers in pain almost every day. Sadie was born with hip dysplasia in both of her hind legs. While medication and plenty of exercise are keeping Sadie from going lame, the surgery she needs will allow her to move freely and give her a chance for a long, healthy life.
Unfortunately, the cost of the surgery is $15K, which is far too much for Sadie's family to come up with on their own. That is why we are asking for any and all help we can get! Sadie brings so much joy and love to her family and serves such an important role in the life of her little girl. This surgery is Sadie's only chance for a healthy and pain-free life.
