Sadaqah Jariyah for Omar (Siyaad) Osman Ali

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un (Verily we belong to Allah, and verily to Him do we return) at midnight on 10th October 2020 our beloved uncle Omar (Siyaad) Osman Ali passed away leaving behind 8 children with 6 of them under the age of 10, Subhanallah.

Omar Ali had a subarachnoid hemorrhage followed by a cardiac arrest while working as at taxi driver on Thursday evening (08/10/20). After spending the night in hospital Omar sadly passed away after his heart failed. Subhanallah this was caused by a vessel spontaneously bursting in his brain and not linked to any previous health condition.

The reason I created this page is to raise money to build a Water well in Somaliland in remembrance of him. Our main goal is to start a sadaqah jariyyah for him, which is a continuous charity that will work to accumulate good deeds to help my uncle Omar in his grave and afterlife. Our goal is £5000 with some of the money given to his family to help cover funeral cost and other expenses. May Allah grant us success and make this deed solely for their sake.

Everyone who knows my uncle would know he was a clean hearted genuine person who was loved by his family, friends and the community.
May Allah grant him paradise and reunite him with his loved ones in the Hereafter. May Allah SWT grant his loved ones sabr during this time also. In Surah Al-Baqarah Ayah 153 Allah says in the Quran, “O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.”
