I am going to be doing a 10km run to raise money for one of my uncles who recently passed away. He was kind, caring man loved by his whole community and of course by his family members. I want to raise money as a source of Sadaqah in his name. As we all know there are 3 ways of gaining rewards after we pass and one of them is through charity.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Charity does not decrease wealth, no one forgives another but that Allah increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah but that Allah raises his status.”
