Sadaqah For Zainab

Assalamu Alykum everyone,
As you know Ramadan is upon us May Allah (swt) accept our fasts, prayers and du’aas this blessed month.
I have dedicated this ramadan to help raise money for a beloved family member, Zainab Hassan. Zainab is suffering from a long term mental condition which impaired her severely causing difficulties in her speech, mobility and cognitive ability. Over the years her condition has worsened which resulted in a further decline of her mental health. She is unable to function on her own, everything from feeding, dressing and bathing is done by her aunt. She has no recognition of her family members and is completely unaware of her surroundings which makes her vulnerable to harm.
Currently Zainab’s living conditions are poor as she resides in a hut (Aqal somali) with her aunt. Both of her parents have passed away and due to financial difficulties they cannot afford a suitable home.
The funds we raise will go towards building a one bedroom home for both Zainab and her aunt which will include beds, wardrobes and other facilities to aid with her condition. We will also provide a long term supply of food, water, hygiene products and clothing.

ease the hardship in Zainab’s life.

The main idea behind Sadaqah is to give without seeking something in return, with the intention only to please Allah (SWT).
Our beloved prophet muhammad (pbuh) so beautifully reminded us that "Charity does not decrease wealth".
