Sadaqah on behalf of our brother Abdikhalaq

Assalamu aleykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
Two days ago we lost a brother in a car accident,May Allah grant him the highest level of Jannah.
So we decided to do sadaqa on his behalf.
إِذَا مَاتَ الإِنْسَانُ انْقَطَعَ عَمَلُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ ثَلاَثٍ صَدَقَةٌ جَارِيَةٌ وَعِلْمٌ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ وَوَلَدٌ صَالِحٌ يَدْعُو لَهُ "
When a person dies, his deeds are cut off except for three: Continuing charity, knowledge that others benefited from, and a righteous son who supplicates for him."
The types of Sadaqah we are planning to do is donating masahifs and also contribiting towards a mosque which needs our immediate assistance(They are in need of carpet to pray on), As they pray on a cold floor.
Insha Allah let's join hands and contribute to this cause.
One of the best things about Sadaqah Jariyah is that you can give on behalf of the deceased and benefit them directly without decreasing your own rewards.
May Allah grant us all good ending and forgive us for our shortcomings.
