Sacred Heart Rectory (Mary of Nazareth Parish)

As you know parishes need a lot of help. Sacred Heart (Mary of Nazareth Parish) is no exception.  Built in 1871, The Church of the Sacred Heart consisted of a schoolhouse (perhaps you attended), a rectory, and the church. Victorian buildings are drafty and we've all experienced the Rectory on a cold day.

New windows are being installed in the Rectory. So far, 4 (at a cost of $2750) have been installed in the office that has the bathroom. About 8 more are needed (3-main office, 2-small office, and 3-dining room). Each window costs about $687.  These estimates do not include the kitchen windows. BUT our goal does!

Other items that need to be addressed are stain glass window repair and a large crack on the upper wall inside the church. If you know of a contractor that works with these items, Claudia (the parish secretary) could use the recommendations. Perhaps your current parish uses such a contractor.

Feel free to add other Sacred Heart family and share the news.
